Refunds

Eligibility

Open-cohort seats booked at a distance (email confirmation, no in-person signing) may be cancelled for a full refund within fourteen days of the booking confirmation, provided the first live module has not started. After a module starts, the cooling-off window ends for that seat.

Timeframe

Send refund requests to info@filebridgebase.digital with the booking reference and the name on the invoice. We acknowledge within five working days.

Full or partial refund

Full refund: unused Desk Session cancelled at least forty-eight hours before the slot, or cooling-off as above. Partial refund: Field Engagement (sprint) cancelled after module one but before module three — we retain 35% for prep and the first teaching day, and return the rest. After module three, fees are earned. Retained Counsel months already started are not refunded; unused future months in the minimum term may be waived only if we agree in writing that the relationship cannot continue.

Non-refundable items

Travel booked in your name, third-party room hire you requested, translated printed packs already produced, and bank transfer fees charged by your bank. Custom worksheets prepared for an in-company group after you approved a scope memo.

Process

1) Email the request. 2) We confirm what has been delivered. 3) We send a credit note. 4) We return money by the same method we received, unless that rail is closed, in which case we use a domestic transfer in Taiwan(China).

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are initiated within fourteen working days. Your bank may take longer to show the credit.

Refund method

Original card or original transfer account where possible. We do not refund in cash at the Tu Cheng office.

Cancellation

We may cancel a cohort that has fewer than four confirmed seats ten days before module one. In that case you receive a full refund or a transfer to a later date, at your option. If we cancel for instructor illness, the same choice applies.

Exceptions

If we reasonably believe materials were shared in breach of the terms, or if a participant is removed from a room for harassment, fees for remaining modules are not returned. Mandatory consumer protections under the law of Taiwan(China) still apply where they cannot be waived.
